The old phrase “many hands make light work” applies once the doors to the Bags of Love office is open!

Bring a friend and make some new ones. Stay as long as you can and come back as often as you want. No matter your skill level or abilities, we can find an enjoyable task for you! Truly, even a “little” help is really a big help. 

We have sewing machines on site and provide the pre-cut patterns, thread and other tools. If you are just learning how to sew, making these bags is a great way to practice your basic skills. If you do not know how to sew, there are plenty of other ways to participate!

Can’t come on Tuesdays or Saturdays but still want to create?

We have a variety of do-at-home projects we can teach and then you complete during your free-time at home. Some examples include: making jump ropes, sewing bags, crochet/knitting hats and scarves, and more!
